Finance manager de terrain avec 35 ans d'expérience. Depuis 2011, je travaille comme manager intérim indépendant via Gramax Consulting, pour des multinationales américaines et des PME belges. Je dirige des équipes financières, sur place et à distance, à travers des clôtures, des réorganisations, des transitions vers des centres de services partagés et des implémentations ERP.

Je n'hésite pas à retrousser mes manches. Quand les délais sont serrés ou que l'équipe est sous pression, je mets la main à la pâte : des réconciliations et écritures de clôture jusqu'au reporting. Le travail est ainsi terminé et l'équipe se sent soutenue.
Je laisse derrière moi des processus plus clairs, des contrôles solides et une équipe capable de poursuivre seule. Solide en reporting BE / US / Dutch GAAP, en SOX et contrôle interne, et dans le développement d'outils Excel et BI qui accélèrent l'analyse financière.
